The assessment phase of Insight ACI involves a thorough examination of a client's current situation, and a clarification of existing challenges, objectives, strengths and strategies in a number of areas; a process that takes place on BLEED's secure online server, and that can be completed over a given period of time by multiple stakeholders. Upon aggregation and analysis of the client's online feedback, a peer-to-peer coaching session is scheduled to discuss the client's existing situation, and to provide specific strategic direction for attaining the client's goals.

What results is an exhaustive understanding of a client's unique business strengths, existing challenges and future requirements, coupled with a customized marketing, sales and brand management program that can then be executed by the client's marketing communications provider.
